"I had to bring my kitten here as an emergency because he wasn't drinking or eating water and they were able to squeeze me in which I was so appreciative of. I can't express enough how kind and helpful the staff was. Between the doctors, the tech, the receptionist - all around a 5 star staff. I've had experiences with other vets offices being rude towards me so this was a surprising experience as I just chose to go to this location at random in leu of the emergency I had. I was impressed at how thoroughly they explained all the information I needed to know and the costs of everything. I could tell that they genuinely cared about getting my kitten the care he needs. I felt like they really listened to everything I had to say and all of my questions. It's important to note, my kitten is back to eating and drinking water as normal after the appointment. Hands down my favorite vet in LZ now."
