"Our dog Titan was very sick and when our local vet said they couldn't see him for 2 weeks (due to COVID) we called Companion in Lake Zurich who got us in right away. Lisa at the front desk sounded caring and understood we were worried. She even texted us to let us know of a cancellation to get us in sooner. Sadly, we found out our poor boy has a tumor. The doctor called us after meeting him and reviewing his X-rays. The doctor was so compassionate as my husband and I cried to hear the news and I truly felt comfort in her words. She said she could hear how much he was loved. We have him on steroids now, hoping that will make him more comfortable until our sons come in from out of town and have a chance to say goodbye to our"pretty boy". Thank you Companion Animal Hospital Lake Zurich for your compassion and what you do."
