"I went in for emergency urgent care as our usual veterinary hospital was closed this 4th of July weekend. Not only did they see us but we were given availability options and never once rushed the entire time . It was assuring already over the phone even though I was in a panicked state, I mean this is my precious baby injured. I honestly didn't let my family around her that's how guarded I was. Once we got there every aspect of the experience was ideal. I was blown away by the care, ease, and level of efficiency and bedside manner of all the staff and Dr. Mike. I honestly didn't think it was possible to have such a flawless experience start to finish especially under the circumstances. My girl is nowhere near out of the woods but I have full confidence this place is going to follow up and help me make decisions and ensure the comfort of my pet every step of the way. I literally asked them if and how we could make them our new care providers before we even checked out. I don't know how I was taking her our previous vet before this place. Honestly coming here is going to be the best choice you make for your pet and your sanity."
